ORANGE SCONES

3  1/2 cups SR flour, 1  1/4 cups water, 1 Tab powdered milk, 3 Tab real orange juice,
1 egg, 1 dessp butter, 3 Tab sugar, salt.

  1. Mix orange juice with sugar in a teacup and set aside.
  2. Supermix water, milk, butter, egg and salt at low  speed for 1 minute.
  3. Place SR in large basin. Knife liquid mixture into flour to make a fairly soft dough.
  4. Press onto well-floured board to half inch thickness and cut to shape.
  5. Place in swiss roll tin and spoon orange-sugar mixture on top, allowing it to run down sides.
  6. Bake hot 450 degrees for 10 mins until tops are bubbly.

PEANUT BUTTER ICING

  1. Supermix  1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 Tab soft butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup hot milk (warm container first).
  2. Mix until smooth, gradually adding 1  1/2 cups icing sugar.
