Chicken can be frozen then baked later if you like.

Chicken thighs
tin of mushroom cream soup, condensed – did it need to be diluted?
very thin ham
can of water chestnuts – chopped

1.Wrap each thigh with the ham. Pour over mushroom soup and sprinkle with chopped water chestnuts.

2.Bake (uncovered) at 160 degrees C for one hour or until brown. Serve with rice to soak up sauce.

NOTES:  Be careful, as sauce becomes quite liquified.
With leftover sauce, you can make a nice chicken and rice soup or use to make a pot of rice.
