CHOCOLATE ROUGHS

1 Tab butter
1 large Tab cocoa
250g sugar
125g dess coconut
3-4 Tabs hot water
few drops vanilla
greased dish

Melt butter in a medium sized saucepan, stir in cocoa then rest of ingredients.
Boil til thick, stirring constantly.
Drop teaspoonfuls onto prepared dish and leave til set.

JELLY CAKE PUDDING

1 packet raspberry jelly
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water or fruit juice
2 cups plain cake, sliced (stale ok)

Dissolve jelly in the boiling water and add the cold water.
When slightly thick fold in cake.
Pile in glasses and serve with custard or whipped cream.
