QUICK PUDDING

1 egg
2 Tab sugar
3 Tab flour
1 tsp BP
1/2 cup milk
Mix together and pour into a greased baking tin.
Bake in quick oven.
Turn out, spread with jam & fold together.
GOLDEN SYRUP PUDDING (oven cooked)
Scone ingredients
1 cup golden syrup
1 cup hot water
Make up a scone mixture. Grease a pie dish.
Put scone dough in bottom of dish: work partly up the sides to make a cup-shaped depression.
Mix together the other ingredients and pour into the middle of dough.
Bake 20-30 mins. By that time, the scone will have completely covered the syrup & water.
