Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup Ketchup
2/3 cup Salad oil
¾ cup vinegar
5 Tab Worcestershire sauce
1 cup honey
2 Tab mustard powder
3 tsp ginger, fresh grated
1 lemon, sliced thinly
3 Tab butter
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to blend together.

makes 2-3 smaller cakes or one large one.
TOPPING:
4 oz (115 g or < 1/2 cup) butter
1 cup plain flour
walnut pieces
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Make into crumbs and set aside in a cool place.
CAKE:
4 oz (115 g or < 1/2 cup) butter
3 eggs
1 level cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 cups SR flour
must be cooked in a shallow plate-like container – tart or alfoil plate
Beat butter & sugar, add eggs, milk then flour. Place mixture in greased, paper-lined plate (easier to remove). Sprinkle topping over cake. Bake in 200 degree C oven.
