PEANUT BUTTER ICING

  1. Supermix  1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 Tab soft butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup hot milk (warm container first).
  2. Mix until smooth, gradually adding 1  1/2 cups icing sugar.

GRANDMA’S PIKELETS

1 cup SR flour
pinch salt
1/4 tsp bicarb soda
2 Tab sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup sour milk or add 1 tsp to fresh milk
1 dessp. butter (melted)

1. Sift dry ingredients, add sugar, egg, milk and butter. Beat until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
2. Drop dessp of mixture into electric frypan (heated to 380 degrees) and cook until bubbly and brown underneath. Turn to brown other side. Serve spread with butter.
