125g butter
125g mixed cashews & peanuts
3/4 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
2 tsp cocoa
1 1/2 cup wholemeal SR
salt
Cream butter & sugar, add egg. Mix in the rest and put teaspoonfuls on greased tray.
Cook at 180 degree C until brown.

2 eggs, separated
salt
1 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup dess. coconut
1/2 cup bran buds
1.Beat egg whites & salt until stiff. Add yolks and continue beating.
2.Gradually beat in the sugar, fold in coconut & Bran.
3. Put heaped teaspoons on a greased oven tray & cook in a slow oven 140 degree C for 30 mins.
