GARLIC LEMON LAMB CHOPS

4 lamb chump chops
2 Tab lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tab oil
1 Tab butter

Combine juice, curry, salt, paprika, garlic and oil. Mix well, marinate 1 hour in fridge.
Heat butter in pan, add chops. Brown on both sides, reduce heat and cook until tender.
