chops
3 Tab flour
1 Tab sugar
s/p
1/4 tsp each of grd.ginger, mustard, curry & mixed spice
2 Tab each of tomato sauce and vinegar
1 cup water, stock or gravy
a little chopped parsley

Trim chops, place in buttered dish. Pour mixture over & marinate 1 hour.
Bake for 2 hours in a slow oven.
