ORANGE SAUCE

2 oranges
125g(1/4 lb) butter
60g (2 oz) sugar
1 tsp grd almonds

Wash oranges and grate rind. Put butter in a basin, add sugar and beat to a soft cream.
Add grated rind and juice of orange, stir in almonds.
Allow sauce to become quite set before serving. Pile on a dish and serve a little with each helping of pudding.
