SWEET WHITE SAUCE

2 cups milk
1 Tab each of sugar & cornflour
1 dess butter
vanilla or other essence to taste

Warm milk gently. Mix cornflour with extra milk and add to saucepan when almost boiling.
Boil 3 mins, then add butter and flavouring.
