COCOA CAKE

125g butter
250g each of SR & sugar
6 Tab milk
3 eggs, beaten well
4 heaped tsp cocoa

Cream b&s, add eggs, milk, then flour & cocoa.
Cook in sandwich tins in mod oven for 20 mins.

FILLING
2 Tab icing sugar, 1 Tab butter, 1 tsp cocoa, vanilla essence.
Cream b&s, add rest.

ICING
2 Tab icing sugar, 1 small tsp boiling water or fruit juice, 1 tsp cocoa.
Mix together, spread over cake, decorate with chopped nuts.
