2 Tab each of sugar & butter
2 eggs
jam & coconut

Make a dough and roll out like pastry. Spread with jam (thinly) and roll up like roly-poly.
Cut into rounds 13mm (1/2″) thick, roll in coconut and bake in quick oven.
