Orange Salad Dressing

serves 2-4

  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ cup verjuice
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper

    Mix the dressing in a small bowl and add on top of salad, one with dark green leaves,
    fresh beetroot (skin on) and goat cheese, apple, walnuts.
