Makes 15-20 brownies

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup  unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup plain flour
some semi-chopped walnuts

1.  Cream shortening with sugar. Add eggs & vanilla – beat well. Add dry ingredients.
2.  Pour into a greased & sugared round glass cake pan (sugar gives a sticky texture I guess)
3.  MW for 4.5-5 minutes on HIGH power or 8-9 mins on 50% power.

NOTE:  It’s best to double this mixture
