MW CHOCOLATE CAKE with ground almonds

125g each of butter & castor sugar
2 eggs
125g golden syrup
45g ground almonds
125g SR
60g cocoa
1/2c milk
1 lined l litre glass dish

  1. Cream together butter & sugar until light & fluffy, beat in the eggs.
  2. Mix in flour and almonds. Stir in milk & golden syrup.
  3. Pour mixt. into prepared dish, mw 2 mins. Turn, repeat x4 (total 8 mins).
