TASTY RABBIT DISH
1 rabbit
1 sm cup of flour
pinch of s/p
1 dess sugar & mustard
SAUCE: 1/2 cup each of cold water, tom. sauce & vinegar – mixed together
1 onion, sliced
Make up mixture of dry ingredients above.
Soak and joint the rabbit, wipe dry & roll in flour mixture & into pie dish.
Add any left-over flour to the sauce concoction & pour over rabbit.
Add onion on top then cover and bake in a mod oven for 2 hours.
