Berry Smoothie Bowl (for Mothers Day)
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana, peeled
1 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs rolled oats
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbs flaked coconut, toasted
1. Place frozen berries, banana, chia seeds, oats and coconut milk in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
2. Carefully pour smoothie into a shallow bowl. Place fresh berries on top of smoothie bowl in a heart shape. Fill a small bowl with coconut flakes to sprinkle .
