ANZACS (OLD-FASHIONED)

1/2 c sugar
1 c flaked oatmeal
125g melted butter
1 Tab golden syrup
1 c each of coconut & flour
1 level tsp bicarb
2 Tab boiling water

Mix drys tog., pour in butter , add bicarb & syrup dissolved in boiling water. Mix well.
Drop in small pieces on oven slide, bake in mod oven 20 mins.

ALMOND PUFFS

90g (3 oz) each of ground almonds & melted butter
3 Tab each of  flour and sugar
1/2 tsp BP
1/2 c milk

Beat all together. Butter patty pans and half fill them with mixture
Bake in mod oven 20 mins.
