BRAN PIKELETS

1 cup AllBran
2 cups SR
1 tsp salt
2 Tab fullcream powdered milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
30g melted butter
1  1/4 cups water

Mix dry ingredients together, add egg, butter & water.

ALL-BRAN ANZACS

1 cup each All-Bran and rolled oats
1/4 cup SR
1/2 cup each coconut and caster sugar
1 tsp bicarb
4 oz (125g) melted butter
1 Tab honey

Assemble together the dry ingredients. Add butter & honey and mix well to a dry & crumbly consistency. Put Tablespoons onto greased oven trays, allowing room to spread.
Cook 10 minutes in moderate oven 180/190 degree C until golden.
