WHOLEMEAL APPLE & CINNAMON SCONES
Makes about 12
1 cup wholemeal SR flour
1 cup SR flour
1/2 cup powdered milk (or besan?)
1 Tab sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 apple, peeled & grated
1/2 cup sultanas
1/2 cup water
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, add remaining ingredients and combine well.
Turn out and knead until smooth on a lightly floured surface.
Pat dough out, cut into rounds using 6 cm scone cutter.
Place on oven tray, bake in 200 degree C oven for 12-15 mins until cooked.
