MW CHOCOLATE PUDDING

150g SR
15g cornflour
15g choc powder or cocoa
90g butter
90g castor sugar
1 large egg, beaten
6 Tab milk

  1. Sift flour, cornflour and cocoa into a bowl.
  2. Rub in butter, add sugar, mix together with egg & milk.
  3. Place in buttered 1 litre basin, cover with clear wrap.
  4. MW 2 mins, turn and repeat x2 and check.
  5. If necessary mw another minute.

MW BBQ SAUCE WITH CHICKEN

4 chicken drumsticks or joints
SAUCE:
60g butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp tomato puree
2 Tab each wine vinegar & brown sugar
1/2 c water
2 tsp dry mustard
2 Tab worcestershire
pinch salt
2 tsp cornflour

  1. Place chicken in clear roasting bag in a dish, mw 2 mins, turn. x3  (total 8 mins). Rest.
  2. Place butter in a basin, mw 1 min. Add remaining ingredients except cornflour.
  3. Stir well, mw 2 mins, Stir, mw 2 more mins. Can thicken with cornflour paste.
  4. Place chicken on bed of rice. Pour over the sauce and mw a further 2 mins.
