MW COOKED PORK MINCED LOAF

1/2c milk
1 tsp worcestershire
2 eggs
125g fresh white breadcrumbs
1 onion, chopped
garlic – optional
30g butter
350g cooked pork, minced
1/2 tsp mixed herbs

  1. Place butter in dish, mw 1 min. Add onion, mw 2 mins. Stir.
  2. Beat together the eggs, milk and worcestershire.
  3. Stir in breadcrumbs, onion, pork and mixed herbs. Season well.
  4. Place in buttered dish. Cover with clear wrap and mw 2 mins, turn x3. Until firm.

MW SPONGE WITH LEMON SAUCE

125g SR flour
60g each of butter and castor sugar
30g raisins
1 egg
3 Tab milk
SAUCE:
125g sugar
15g cornflour
1c water
30g butter
rind and juice 1 lemon

  1. SAUCE:  Blend sugar, cornflour & water together then mw 3 mins.
  2. Stir well and add remaining ingredients then mw 1  1/2 mins.
  3. SPONGE:  Rub butter into flour, add other ingredients.
  4. Beat in egg & milk to give a dropping consistency.
  5. Put in a greased 500g pudding basin, cover with clear wrap and mw 6 mins.
