1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup hot water
salt
3 cups wholemeal SR
milk
Mix oatmeal with butter and water. Stand a few minutes.
Add flour, salt and mix to a stiff dough.
Making small balls, roll them in some flour
Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes until light gold.

1 cup All-bran
1 cup plain wholemeal flour
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup sugar
60g soft butter
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
salt
Combine Allbran, milk and bananas. Add butter and egg, beat well.
Add other ingredients, stirring only until combined.
Put into greased tins two-thirds full. Bake at 200 degree C for 25 mins.
