QUICK PUDDING
Serves 2?
1 egg
2 Tab sugar
3 Tab flour
1 tsp BP
1/2 cup milk
Mix together and pour into a greased baking tin.
Bake in quick oven.
Turn out, spread with jam & fold together.
AMERICAN PUDDING
2 cups flour
1 cup each of sugar & cold strong tea
2 tsp bicarb dissolved in the tea
lemon peel
1 oz butter or marg
1 cup raisins
1 cup currants
Mix all dry ingredients, then the fruit. Then the tea & bicarb.
Boil in cloth for 2 hours.
