WACKY PINEAPPLE CAKE
This sweet cake is a great treat for dessert or breakfast. Looks cool too!
Note: This recipe makes two round layers and enough icing for both.

CAKE:
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 large can crushed pineapple {not drained}
1¾ cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
flour and oil for greasing pans

ICING:
1 small can evaporated milk
½ cup margarine
¾ cup icing sugar
Few drops of vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

· Mix all cake ingredients together & pour into large greased & floured liner pan.
· Bake in Dutch Oven for 35 minutes at 350C degrees.
· To make icing, boil all ingredients except pineapple 3 minutes; let cool.
· When cake is baked & slightly cooled, punch holes in cake & pour icing over cake.
· Decorate top of cake with small can of crushed pineapple.
