BROCCOLI PASTA
Ingredients
375 g Spelt penne (or pasta of your choice)
1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1-2 tabs Celtic Sea Salt
Freshly cracked pepper
Method
# Bring a pot of salted water to boil
# Add pasta. Cook until water boils again (approx 5 mins)
# Add broccoli. Cook until water boils again (approx 10 mins)
# Pasta should be al dente and broccoli should be tender
# Drain pasta and broccoli, then toss with olive oil
# Serve with grated mozzarella and cracked pepper
